Upon Madm: Cooks Complaint of great damage
done by the late Storme of Wind to her
Houses in Hackney Ordered that she may
have the Two Trees towards, the Repaires) standing
in the Grounds in her possession as desired by
her, And that the may have also the Three
other Trees desired, now standing upon the
Ground in Lease to Mr. Foreman, if Mr.
Trear shall so think Fitt.

Mr: Kickley to be writt to not to take
any of the Trees blowne downe by late
Storme without Order from this Comittee.

30o: Nov: last was read complaining of great Damage by the
late Storme to value of £60: or upwards, & praying
the Const. of the Comittee therein, but there being
no Fine paid on the last Renewall & the Reserved
Rent but £8: P Ann: The Comittee is of Opinion
that no Allowance should be made.
