P Ann, and a Fine of Eight hundred & Twenty
pounds, whereof Twenty pounds to be paid in
three dayes, and Four hundred pounds to be
paid in Three Months and the Remaining
Four hundred Pounds at the Comencemt: of
the Lease In which Lease are to be Covents:
that no meador Ground [..] shall be plowed which has
not been usually plowed under penalty
of £5 P Acre without Lycence and that
all the Dung and soyle ariteing upon this
Farme shall be [..] & laid upon the Land
and all other Usuall & reasonable Covents:

He put £5 into poors Box.
Mr: Rydoubt desired an addicon of Ground
to the Ground taken at the last Committee in
the new way, or to have a Remittance of
his Fine agreed at last Comittee, the Consideracon
whereof was adjourned to next Comittee.

Minutes of last Comittee Read & Approved
Mr. Cholmley moved this Comittee or behalfe
of the vestry of St: Thomas's parish desireing
that 2: or 3: Gentleman of this Comittee may be
appointed to meet with the like member of the
Vestry to heare their proposally about surrendring
their Lease of the Houses in the inteaded New Street
which occasioning some Debate, Mr. Cholmley waved
the m [..] and desired no Question might be put upon
Upon the Report of Mr. Trear This Committee Agreed That Mr. John
Hester
< no role > should have the Inner most vault under the Church granted to
him in the Lease with the other Vaults in the First Court of this Hospll.
