Severall persons attending to Treat for a New
Lease of the Demeasnes of the Manner of Lynsters
als Langleys [..] now in Lease to Mr. Bagnall
whose Terme expires at Michas 1705: and who
at a Comittee the 21st: of January last, offered but
£350: Fine for an Addicon all Terme of 21: Years,
They were severally called in and made the
following proposalls Vizt:

Mr. Alden & Mr. Watherley the Subtent: under Mr.
Bagnall, of these Lands, proposed first to give
600£: & afterwards £700: as a Fine for the Lease and the eld
Rent of £50: P And: To pay part at the
[..] Comencemt: of the Lease, and the
rest in two or three Years after.

Mr. Craddock proposed. first £700: and
afterwards £725: in 3: Months or £750: to be
paid at the Comencemt. of the Lease.

Mr. Lyndon . proposed, £600: but said he had
not yet had an Opportunity to View the Land

Upon Consideracon had of these Severall [..]
proposalls, the Comittee is of Opinion to Adjourn
the Granting of this Lease till Wensday the
22th: of March next; And Notice was given
thereof to the persons who now attended, and
Notice is to be able given to such other Psons as
shall desire to Treat for this Lease.

Mr. Combers business adjourned to next Comittee
and he to have Notice to attend.

It is the Opinion of this Comittee, that the Matering
of the Old Houses in the intended New Way, should
be Sold, and [..] it is Referred to Mr. Trear
to Treat & Agree for the same or such part therein
