made of a Way into the Great Vault [..]
by the under coming into that Vault & the
Cross Vault for want of a Covering over the
same And also to Agree with him for the
Inner Vault under the Church at such
Rent & for such Terme as Mr. Trear shall
think fitt. and to order a Way to be made
into that Vault.

Mr. Trear Reported, that he & with Mr. Calcutt, had
viewed the Damage done by the late storme at
Lynsters in Bucks, and the Want of Repaires there,
And that he found there had been blowne downe
by the Storme upon that Farme 6: small Oakes
4: Elmes & 1: Ash; which the Tennt: desired for
Repaires, and thinks these Trees will be all [..]
[..] wanted in the sd. Repaires; But
in regard this Comittee is about to Lett a New
Lease of the sd. Farme, they deferr makeing any
Order therein till they have Treated abt: such
Lease.

Minutes of last Grand Comittee read &
Approved.

Mr: Beart from Mr: Harrison our Tennt: of
Lands at Fulborne neare Cambridge Applyed
to this Comittee & desired that the Terme of
14: Years now to come in the present Lease
may be made up 21: years, for which he
was willing to give such Fine as should be thought
reasonable. But the Comittee accquainted him
they would not Renew till within 3: Years at
the expiracon at the present Lease.
