Agreed that Mr. Patrick our last. Tenmt. if several
Old Houses lyeing in the Intended New way whose
Lease expired last Lady day, shall continue the
possesion of the sd Houses during the pleasure
if this Comittee paying the Old Rent of
£4:8d: P and only in regard the sd. Houses are
very Ruinous and are intended to be shortly
pull'd downe & Rebmill.

Grand Comittee Mercur: Decemb: 1703

Minutes of last Grand Comittee read and
approved.

A Letter from Sr. Wm. Rowyer< no role > our Tennt: of the
Demeines of Denham Durdant to Mr. Trear dat.
29o: [..] Novemb: last, was Read, Complaining
that a Rane their was Rlowne downe by the
late Violent Sterme of Wind the 26th: in the
Night & much other Damage done, praying
the Conbn : of the Comittee therein.
Mr: Galar, Sr: Wm. Sub Tennt : (who brought the
sd Letter) was also heard, and sayes, that about
Ten Eline Trees were downe downe, that the Gate house
entring into the Yard is very defective, & ready to
Fall, and if pull'd downe, [..] might be applyed
to Rebuild the sd Rarne, which was very Antient
and had been Repaired from time to time in the
best manner it could: and sayes he has recd
much other Damage

Whereupon the Comittee considering this Case, and
that the like Misfortune has hapned to many other
of their Tennants, who may expect Allowances
for the same, in case any thing should be Allowed
to Sr. Wm. Rowyer< no role > ever his Under Tennt. [..]
