at the next Doore, and to make such small

he was at upon the pulling downe of the Houses

Lett an Empty House one of those belonging to Mr.
Jackson in Journey Street & now in the Hospll. hands
[..] from Quarter [..] to Quarter or for a yeare certaine
at such Rent as the same shall Appear to him
to be reasonably worth And to Lett any other empty
Houses in the Hospll. hands late belonging to the [..] from time to time
in like manner.

have liberty to Erect a Small Shed agt: the Hosptll. Wall
near that Corner, and to Continue it for a Yeare
& a Quarters Warning if Mr. Trear upon Viewing
it shall think fitt paying Ten Shillings P Ann
by quarterly payment.
