the sd Farme is to be Lett, and [..] Inquiry
to be made at the publick Compling house in
this Hospll:

Ordered that Ejectmt: be delivered to the
Tennt: of the severall houses in St: Thomas's
late in Lease to Capt: pound, For non paymt:
of Rent & Want of Repaires.

The Church Wardens of St: Thomas's say
they are willing to Accomodate the Designes of
the Hospll: in the New intended Way, by Surrendring
their Lease of Houses there, and taking a Lease
if other Houses in liew thereof in the Church yard
and would take the direccons of a Vestry therein
the next Week, Whereupon it is Referred to
Mr: Trear & such Governor: or Governor: as he
thinks fitt to [..] call, to Settle & Agree this
Matter with the Church Wardens or any Comittee
which shall be appointed by their Vestry for
that purpose.

Agreed with Mrs: Patrick to Sett her
a [..] Little House in Joyners Street (part of
Jackson & Taylors) from Lady day next at
Six pounds Accd: And the Hospll: to put it into
Repaire. She is to have it for Seven Yeares
Mr. Trear to give direcons put 1s: into poors Box
for the Repaires.

Ordered that the Sleeple of the Church be
Covered with Lead, and that Brick worke of
Five foot in hight be Carried up from the
Cornish with Stone Comes and let Stone ped [..]
in the midle of each Pannell and Coped with. Stones
