Agreed with the sub comittee to doe it for, Only
insistings upon £25 more to be allowed him in case the
worke be performed to the Satisfacon of the sub Comittee
to whose [..] he sumbitts whether the same shall be
allowed him or not.

That the Cooke [..] of this Hospll. who hath
of late made use of the Kitchin under the Old Hall ,
be Removed to the Kitchin next the Stewards
Apartmt. neare the West End of the Chappell , And
that, that Kitchin be used for the time to come
for the Drassing of [..] Pr [..] sions for the patients of
this Hospll.

Which Report being taken into Consideracon by
this Comittee, was well Lucked & Approved of, and
Ordered to be Observed in all the parts of it, And
the sd sub Comittee are desired forthwith to proceed
in the Carrying on the sd New Building accordingly
and in the Directing of all necessary Matters for
the speedy [..] Finishing thereof.

Ordered that it be Referred to Mr. Trear , Sr .
Wm. Coles< no role > . Mr. Dep: Tooley, Mr. Baker, Mr. Watts, Mr:
Cole. Mr. Lyde Mr Marshall & Mr. Cooper or
any 3: of them to view the Houses & Ground
sometime since Lett to Mr. Tarrant, & to Examine
how farr he has performed his Agreement for
New Building or Repaires, And also to view the
Houses in Lease to Mr. Garrett, And to Report
their Opinion of the Value
