presented to this Comittee by Mr. Pepper One of
our Surgeons to be Admitted to Serve him in this
Hopll. for One Yeare, And their P [..] nialls being
read & approved, they were Admitted accordingly

were presented to this Comittee by Mr. Ferne
another of our Surgoens [..] who were Approved
& Admitted accordingly.

Ordered this Lease be
granted to whom
Laughan shall appoint
by [..] under his
hand & Seale.

Agreed with Edwd. Langham< no role > our Tent. of an
Old House in St. Thomas's at the corner of
3 Herring Court for a New Lease For 5½ Years
from Lady day 1702: at the Old Rent of
2£:4s P ann Jn. Cons: of the Surr. of the
present Lease which will acquire at Xmas
next, and a Fine of Ten Pounds to be
paid in hand, and Laying out One hundred
pounds at the Lease in the Building of a
New Brick House in the Room thereof
Excepting over the Gate way which may be
of Timber, [..] before Christmas 1704
and to have Ten made Stepy out of the
Street, and to be Uniformed as neare as
May be with the Houses adjoyning included
to be New Ruill by Mr. Jennings.

Mr. Trear Mr: Cole Mr. D'Orville Mr. Baker &
Mr. Green or any Two of them are appointed
a Sum Comittee to Examine the Work men
Bills, & the Bills relating to the Doctor &
Surgeon & the Visitacon, and to Adjust and
order the payment thereof.

Agreed with Edwd. Leggatt< no role > out Tennt. of a House
in St. Thomas's in Shoemaker Rives now in Mr.
Cockay was possession [..] for a New Lease.
