Minutes of last Grand Comittee read &
Approved.

Mr. Trear & Mr: Marshall Reported that they
had Attended Mr. Atterney Genrll: abt: the Vicitatcon
Appro [..] ted to be held in St: Thomas Church on
Thursday next, And that he was Opinion, the
[..] Richard had no right to hold his vicitacon there &lastnowever thought it propper for the Gover to Protest
agt: the Holding of the Sd visitacon, but not to
Appose it by Shutting up the Church Doors; and
the rather because the Right if the Hospital
cannot be in any sort Prejudiced by this
andHolding this Vicitacon in the Sd Church for
this time, if Such Protest be made or to that
effect Whereupon this Comittee is of
Opinion, That is Protest to the Effect of the
Writing now read to this Comittee, be Delivered
by the Clerke of this Hopll: to the Bishop of Winchester Viecer Genll:
or his Chameller or Surrgate or other Proper
Officer, Declaring that Sd Church is by Lew
Exam Pe from Such Visitacon and that the
Said Vicitacon ought not to be held there. And it is
Referred to Mr. Trear to Advise with Such Person
as he Shall think Propper for Setting the forme
of the Sd Protest and the manner of Delivering
the Same, and what may be further necessary is
be done in this Case.
