Minutes of last Grand Comittee read &
approved.

Mr. Trear Accquainted the Comittee; that Mr.
Merney & Mr. Sollr: Genll :were Imployedand
Mr. Wm. Cowper< no role > were Imployed as Councell
for this Hospll: agt. Dr. Forlesse & Mr. Elton upon
their Peticon to her Majty: in Councill:

Ordered that Dorothy Smith< no role > who has been for
Seaven years Past a Nurse in this Hospll: be
Admitted one of the Sisters of this House and
to have the Wages of a Sister from Michas last
She having since that time Acted as Sister in
the Cutting Wards: To hold during the Pleasure
of the Governors: and that she be Recomended
accordingly to the Generall Court.

Whereas by an Order made the 22th: Augt:
1694: No Sister or Assistant is to be Admitted
into this Hospll: who should be above 40: yeares
of Age at the time of their Admission; This
Comittee is of Opinion That it will be for the
Service of the House to Alter the sd Order and
that the Age of any Sister or Assistant to be for
the future Admitted shall not Exceed fifty yeares
at the time of their first Admission into the House
and

Ordered that Mr. Trear Mr. Cholenly Mr: Cole
& Mr: Fenwick & Mr: Marshall be delived to
Ride to Orpington next Saturday to View &
Marke Such Oakes as are Fitt to be Felled in the
Woods there and to Treat & Agree with any Pson
for the Sale thereof.

Ordered that the Manner of Makeing if the Said
over the Vault Lett to Mr: Hester be left to the
direccon of Mr. Treasurr .
