the premisses thereof Demised, and of the premises
herein above agreed to be Demised, Adding the sd Ten
Pounds P ann to the Rent herein above agreed to be
Reserved This Comittee is of Opinion, not to Accept
the Surrender of the sd Lease to Davison.

Mr. Trear Accquainting this Comittee with the
prograsse he had made in the matter referred to
him relating to Mr. Ward the Baker , He is desired
to Proceed and perfect the same upon such Terms
as he shall think propper.

Mr. Trear Sr. Wm Cole< no role > Mr. Malyn Mr. Cole Mr.
Hooper & Mr. Watts or any Three of them are
appointed a Sub Comittee to View & Consider what
Alteracons are fitter propper to be made in the
Apothecaryes Shopp Or any other of the Offices or
Conveiencyes for the Officers of this House and also
to view the Staires leading up to the Wards in the lower
Quadrangle and to consider whether it may be
fitt to alter the same and in what manner for
making these wards more Comodious And to Report
their Opinion to this COmittee.

Agreed that three Pounds be Accepted for the Coll lately
Set Ped as a Herriott at Orpington upon the Death of
And if not for ChaithpaidThe Coll to be sold
