Grand Comittee 24o. March 1702:

Minutes of the last Grand Comittee read & approved
Minutes & Orders of the last Genrll: Court
were read; and the manner of Drawing up
approved.

Mr. Trear accquainted this Comittee, that the
President & himselfe were Served last night
with Coppyes of an Order made yesterday by
her Majty: in Councill upon the Petn if Dr. Forlesse & Mr. Elton requireing the Eleccon
of a Doctor & Surgeon which was appointed to
be this afternoon in their places should be Deferred till her
Majties: further pleasure be Knowne, She
intending to have this matter heard in
Councell. of which timely Notice is to be
given And that thereupon the President
[..] had thought fitt to Order that the Genrll:
Court Sumoned for this afternoon shall
be put of for some time longer.

Mr: Trear accquainted the Comittee, that
one Mr. Nun proposed to give Nine Pounds
for Sixteen small Ashes lately Fell'd at
Orpington , Which after this Comittee approved
andordersagrees that the sd Ashes shall be
Sold to him at that price.

Ordered that the severall Workemen concerned
in the Building of the Church Steeple doe forthwith
proceedthereinto Finish the same according
to the Draft.
