to lay all the compost & dung on the SaidLeaseLand that shall
arise & be made thereon & with Such other Covenants & excepcons
(mutatis mutandis) as are contain'd in the Lease whereby the Said
Wm Browne< no role > holdeth the Same

For binding of which agreement the Said Wm Skingle< no role >
put a Guinea into the poores box.

Ordered that what ever charge demage happens to any
of the tenents of this Hospitall by occasion of taking
downe the walls on the Southside of the late great
Wards or by carrying up a new Wall there or making
the Wards now ordered to be built the Shalbe made
good at the charge of the house.

Bricklaier


Ordered that the Bricklaier be allowed what money
he paid for emptying a vault by the said new
intended Wards.

Ordered that the ground floor of the sd. new intended
Wards do lie levell with the bottome of the Stone Stepp
coming downe out of the yard by the Porters Lodge.

Coldhams


Mr. Treasurer together with Mr. Thomas & Mr. Cartwright
are desired to meet Sr. Edmond Harrison< no role > & other Trustees
of Jno. Coldham< no role > Esq to treat & conclude of & concerning
the Sendall differences betweene them & this Hospitall.
