Church & the back part of Mr. Balaams house for
the terme of 5. yeares from Michmas next at
the yearly rent of £18 paiable quarterly with
a Covent. not to put or lay any combustible
comondities or goods in the sd. vault during the
said terme & other reasonable & usuall Covenants
in like cases To wch. agreemt. he put a Guinea
into the poors box.
It is left to the Sub Comittee to treate & conclude
with Alice Robinson< no role >

respective her mes in two old houses in St. Thomas
parish
wch. are intended to be demolished in order
to make a better passage to ye sd. vault & new

houses to be pd. by £5. a quarter from Micas next &
the old yrly rent of £3. for a Lease of 21 yeares
from ye. expiracon of ye. present Lease which expires
at Mid: 1701 This Comittee desired the leting thereof
untill the next Comittee.
