Mr. Kingsford tenant to this Hospitall of Comb forme
in Kent prayed to have a Allowance for rough
timber for repaires of his house & out housing there
being not timber upon the premisses wherewith
to repaire the same It was therefore ordered that
the said Mr. Kings ford have liberty to fell what
timber is upon the premisses for repairing thereof
as farr as it will go at present
Ordered that the Underwoods of & belonging to the
Woods at Comb Wye & Hasting leigh be felled next

Discoursed the sd. Mr. Kingsford this having him fully
informed by St. Wm. Honywood< no role >
of the necessity of
the present repairing to prevent falling Some past
of the building And therefore directed the said Mr.
Kings ford to procure timber as shalbe wanting &
Sett the worke in hand with all expedicon & giving
an Account of the expence allowance shalbe made
for rough timber as shall appeare to be expended
