the said Mariner house & lands thereunto

Mr. Browne appeared before this Comittee & acquainted
them that he would give £200. fine & no more at
the rent of £15. per Ann for a new Lease of 21. yrs.

Ordered that the Sub Comittee do view the houses
late Josiah Parish next to the building of this
Hospitall the Lease thereof expiring at Midsomer
next & treate & agree with any other persons for a
new Lease of the same.

The Sub Comittee is desired to take Special care
of Securing the rent & fine owing by G [..] geTho.Davison
for house in the Parish of St. Thomas

And also to Inquire after the complaint made by
