The Committee acquainted Mr. White a lenant in the old Baily
to this Hosp (who peticoned to have an Addicon of years [..]
to his Lease now in being in consideracon of his building
a Vault under part of his house in order to make a
Publick house) that he must first make his Applicacons
to the Comissioners of the Sewers & treat with them & then
this Comittee possibly may heare his Proposalls &
report their opinions to the Grand Coilee concerning the same

Ordered Mr Mead do preach in ye. Chappell & that
the Parishioners be lett in every Sabbath half morning
till further order & yt. one of the Beadles do constantly
attend.

Major Lane to bring his proposalls to next Comittee
in writing

Mr. Richardsons house in Leaden hall Streete value at
34d. P and the ground rent of 4s. P ann included
Agreed yt. the said house shall be but for 14 yeares
3. qrs from Midsomer 1701 beacuse the Lease of
two houses next to it expire then.

Robt. Calcutt< no role > the Carpenter & Chr Johns< no role > Bricklaier
to be allowed £5. out of a baragaine of £210.
£25. out of the last old timber sold them & £200
The Benefactors names to be sett up in order as they
paid will the Sevall Sums to them

All Workmens bills to be examined & passed prtenly
