of two houses in the parish of St. Thomas Doth
one atMichmasnext 42.3.0 for rent & £6.
for a fine for a new Lease of one of them & he
taking no care to deere the Same It is ordered
in case Mr. Johnson Widdo. who is Mortgasges
to the sd. Davison will pay the sd. arrears of
rent & fine She Shall have liberty to take
possession of the houses & make the best advantage
She can otherwise this Comittee will enter
upon the prmisses for the sd. arrears of rent & fine.
