At this Comittee the two Agreemts. made with Wm. Stevens< no role >
for a Lease of the houses in Blackman Streete &
with Jno. Everitt< no role > for a Lease of a peece of ground
at Plumstead in Kent were confirmed.

Then the Comittee agreed yt. 4.10.0 per Annum
be taken of the rent for the farme at Parndon held
by Tho: Quarne< no role > & 50s. of it added to the rent
of the farme there held by Mr Browne & the
other 40s. added to the rent of the farme there
held by Richd. Branson< no role > .

And after the Comittee agreed with the said Tho:
Quarne< no role > to grant him a Lease of the said farme
he holdeth as a aforesaid for the terme of 21 years
from Michas next at the yearly rent of 5.10.0
& for a fine of £45. whereof 15s. to be paid at
theSealing of ye Lease & yt. to be before Cras next & the
other 30s. in two yeares after Vizt: £15. past
thereof at Christmas 1700 & £15. residue thereof
at Christmas 1701.

Ordered that the Sub Comittee do consider against
Thursday morning next (at which time this Comittee
will again meete) of the fittest place in their opinions
