Mr. Jno. Weld< no role > Steward of this Hospitall being intrusted to
receive monies from the King for Souldiers patients
in the house & to accompt monethly for the some
hath not only for severall yeares past refused to
adjust the same but being ordered by Mr. Trer to
attend him & two other Govnours this day they
accordingly came but he appeared not & being told
on Saterday last he should then attend he said he
could not be at home nor would not give any such
Account he had no time to do it & besides he went
out of Towne Yesterday without leave of the Treasurer
contrary to the order in that behalf All which
being made appeare to this Comittee they
unanimously Suspended the said Mr. Weld from his
said place office of Steward & the benefitt thereof
untill the next generall Court.
