Mr. Layfield attended from Mrs. Hall our Tenant of Some
houses in St. Thomas parish Southwarke by Lease within
3. years of expiring & praied favour to renee the Lease

carry of the water And also make good all damage done
by it to any of our Tenant in the pulling downe & to
carry of all the old materialls before Bartholomew side
