Eastward whereon a Tenemt. Stands now held by him but
late by Tho: Brisce< no role > by a Lease where in 11. yeares was to
come to Michas last at the old rent. of 44s. & for a
fine of £6. & to build a new house 15. by 18. foole.

They appointed Mr. Colcutt Carpentr. to travell thiller &
Sett out So many deceaesing [..] unthriving trees as wilbe
fitt for the doing there of.

And th sd. Mr. Colcutt on the 3d. of Febry went accordingly
& Sett out 8. Small unthering tress cout about 2. feet
in length. a trees & 2. old pollards
