Mrs Hall not being prepared to treate with this Comittee
for a new Lease of some houses in St. Tho. parish Southwarke
She is to have notice of the next Sub Comittee.

This Comittee doth referr the busines about Satisfying
Mr. Harris. for his going out of the house he lives in
St. Tho: parish (he having 6 yrs. to come in his Lease att
Lady day last) to [..] Mr. Trer & he is desired to Satisfie
him accordingly

Mr. Richardson.or. Recevr. at Tibslefe having sent up £15.3s.
Clipt money. yt. he gathered of the Tents. there for fines
unpaid It is ordered that the Same be pull into the poors
box of his Hosp:

This Comittee agreed with Mr. Wm Fenthem< no role > our pre [..] sent.
of the Corle pitts at Tibslelfe in Derbyshire yt. he Shall have
a Lease of the [..] pitts in the Town & Comons for the
Terme of one & 20. yrs from Michmas 1697. [..] (the
present Lease expiring then) at the parely rent of £15.
P ann & of a fine of £15 Vizt. £50 at Michas next
5d. at Michmas 1697 & £50. at Michas 1698. & putting
5. guineas presently into the poors box
he to Covent yt. he Shall not digg for Coales within So. yds.
in the Comons of any other p sons lands Covent the lands of this
Hos:) & to Sell Coals to or. tents [..] at Such price as the presidt.
Trer & 2. Govrnors Shall appoint not under £2. P Cond
And to gett Coales at any more then 4. Shafts at a time
Mr. Fenthem to have Six trees out of the Comons
