2. NewGalesdoor wa [..] es to be made 6. foot by 9. foot Vizt.
one at the entrance & another on the East Side
a Lay Stall to bee malosed there in the South Eastcorner
12. foot Square-the Wall Eastward to be raised So high
as to prevent climing over.

The doors of Tenants to bee Stopt up &Such ground ang
inclosure made by any of them to bee removed

The Passage out of the West part of the new building b
bee divided on each Side by a Brickwell of I meles
& lined on the [..] inside with Deale

The old Chappell to bee forthwith pulld downe
The Comittee confeils that deculy Eyre Sell to Mr Fowler
Sixty three trees lately marked out to be felled in Shoreditch
place at Hacking & one tree hanging over by the inclosure
next the great Walk & a Slump of a tree in the middle of
that Walk for the Sum of £28. And Mr. Sep: Eyre< no role > is lo
discourse the sd Mr Fowler about plauling ya [..] rg Elm trees

bin imploied & treated about the sd. trees

with a Covent. to build one house with brick after West ple lace [..] not less

wall 10. foot high at least next the streaks
