Sold to Chr Johns< no role > the old materialls of a Tenent. like
held by Doves in St. Tho: parish were the Church
for the Sum of £5. & he to leagell the ground & Seaure
the 2. houses yt. joyne Northward to the sd. Tenent.
& covering the Celler with loame about a foot in thicknes
wch. lyes under part of the sd. old building & fence the
ground in with boards & with a door into the ground
of the sd. old building out of the Court belonging to
the Church.

& about it being abt. 50. acres for 21 yrs. from
Lady day 1699. for a five of £300. & for. rent &
putt a guinea [..] the box
[..] on the two feild in Medrestreete
And [..] to have refield on the West Side of Meestr
cont 5 acres & ½ for like terme & five of £70.
& rent of 40s.

Thother Field cons abt. 4.acres on the Eastside for
like terme & fine of £60. & rent of 40s.
