Sold by the Sub Comittee to Mr. Robt. Colcott< no role > all the old timber &
boards of the building last pull'd downe which now lie in the
4. great old Wards & also of the Chappell (except the Pulpitt
Wainscott Table pewes benches & other utensills in the Chappell)
in consideracon of the Sum of £30. and his finding all Carpenters
Stuff & workmanshipp in & about the making & finishing the
house of office now in hand at his own charge & taking downe
the timber in the Chappell likewise at his own charge.

The old house of Office in the new demolished buildings to bee
emptied by the care of Mr. Johns. And another made for the two foule
Wards.

Mr. Johns to take care of the one & other particon betweene the
Sisters roome & Compting house to be taken downe & sett up by the staires
Cupboards to bee made in the buttery by the Chimney in the new Hall .
The roome over the Wash house to bee fitted up for an Anatomy roome
Snicks to bee made in all the new Wards where there are none
Posts to bee sett up of our old Stuff in the burying place for fastening
lines to hang Clothes on for drying.

Mr. Deputy Eyre added to the Sub Comittee in place of Mr. Trer
Ordered That if any person not genalles knowne bee proposed to bee
called to bee a Govnour , such person Shall not bee Sent to for
that purpose untill it bee considered of at the next Comittee
Govnours named at last Court to have Staves Sent to them fortnight
The Sub Comittee to peruse the names of Such Govnours as have not
Subscribed towards the new building, And to take the names
of those they know to Speake unto for contributing towards the
building

It is to bee moved to the Genall Court about [..] inclosing the Church
yard
