It is referred also to the sd Sub Comittee to treate with Mr. Corbin our
tent. for houses in Blackmanstr by Lease made to
And if he will not come to reason able termes then the sd.
Sub Comittee are to treate with any who will give most
for the Same.

The Trer Mr. Cartwright Mr. Brownsmith & Mr Gray viewed
the Celler complained of by Mr. Leman ye sterday & found
the Coore ready to fall And therefore agreedit be arcled
an arch of brick turned abo [..] Celler the [..] [..] over & made good & yt at the Jlos; charge there having bin
a promise made to Mr. Leman to that purpose when he
took his house. And the Bricklaids ordered to get it speedily
doar

Mr. Johns Bricklaier offered £200. for all the materialls
of the 4. old great Wards [..] before menconed but
the Comittee did not think fitt now to accept there of but
resolved to inquire after other Chapmen &, Consider Further
on this day 3. weeksbeing& a Sub Comittee tobe kept [..] then
for that purpose

Ordered yt. Mr. Corbin have notice to attend the Comittee
on yt. day in order to treale with him.

Sewall of the Coms. for the Sick & mainned Souldiers &
Seaman were here this day & desired this Coutinuance of
the care of this house as usuall for as many Seamen
as Should be [..] taken in by them & gave assurance to Serve this
[..] in procuring the [..] Same allowance for Seamen as is
allowed for Souldiers being 4d P diem
