Sir

I have not had are Communication from you since the 21 April
You were thin about to March & sett the oak Timber, & promised when
done to send me the Account of it. Will you be so good as to feamesk
me will the Sale & Annocent of the different Spices of Timber filled the
Year upon the Hospital farms, and as soon as you me Cash for it,
make a Remittance. It Payment can be obtained both further Oak &
other Timber before the year is out it as desirable, as the Committee of
Account always wish to have every Harry belonging to the year brought
into it.

I know net whether you are acquainted will the Hos-
pital Regulation respecting the Payment of its, Rents; The Inderly in or
granted to the farm tentants is to pay then Rents wither sex Months
after they became due; carring recently Lady day rents should be paid at
Michmas Etc. If you have a Banker at your place, or near you, that
decuson London, I would advise you always to get a bell from him at yer
10 day date for the Seven you want to remit, payable to the Treasurer
myself, which will be of the least Reggin to yourself as will as Tesath to Sr

Sir

The Treasurer has received your letter of the 6th, but a particular
Engagement prevents turn from answering it. He therefore desires [..] to
inform you that Mr. Daniel's Rent must be Peremp to early demanded
and if it is not pernitually discharged, Measures ment be taken to inform
Payment I presume you have received no rent from him sennth
Settlement, of your last year Account, in which Case two years rent
was due from him at Michaelmas, or according to the Hospital.
Usage he is a year & a half in Arrear Mr. Dancitt has net an Inch
of Ground to stand upon because as Lady day he was indulged
will half a year longer to make Pewesion forth Payment under an
absolute Promise from himself, dan Engagement from has father
in law this his Arrear of rent should be forth coming as Michaelmas.

The Treasurer coinced is with you in opinion that of all of
Timber is necessary as Clay tye; you will therefore be so goad when next
there to mark out able that is proper that it may be sold & come
down at the proper Season.A Well has been day further Copper
& a fine Spring of Water let into it.

I am inframed by Barilays of. that they have received & placed
to Account of the Treasurer a Remittance if £300 further you have
next

I have to acknowledge receiving your Remittance if Mr. Tyrrells
Rent £118.13.10 which with the quarrent will be infull for one your due
meets last.
Mr. Tyrrell being and or Covenant to pup all to buch [..]
in Repair being allowed (on application) relight Timber for that Purpose
