& the Consequence probably will be that the Committee will take is away
all together, I shall be glad to received a Pernettance from you further out [..]
the property Tax Receipt or Receipts as the land I that Guys end official
Pawker meet be near to the Hospital I know not what the Arrange of
the Assessment is on the whole farm: if it accounts to move that £9.7.6
that is the Turn that will be allowed by the Hospital but if less. then
the actual Arreares of the Assessmt. arrear be taken from the rent.
I will be oblged to you to gave the an neard Note to the Exters of the
late Mr. Kidder, as it is an the same business

I have received your letter of the 3d. from Maidstone, enclosing Notes of the
Sandwell Park amounts to £160, which well be placed to under Vigt. £75
for half a years Rent of the Hastingleigh Coombe four dear at Lady day last,
& £85 on Accot. of Timber sold Steddy & Elliott last year There therefore
remain £15.13.9 dec on this last Account & I shall rather have £9.7.6
to allow you for Property tax ( C e-6¼ P Cavr out £150 ) or the Arreares
of the Assessments if they should be less than that Sum. If you will
look over the property tax Receipts & a [..] this Matters you can then
and me up there Receipts [..] order an same Banker in London for that became
which well not be above £6 or £8, When the last years Accot. will be [..] &
not mead well the present years fall ofWoodTimber, the particulars of
which I shall be glad to release from you

Cromwell the Hospital Solicitor, & request he may see Messrs. Maberley
& Daniel upon it the Way told me as Guys on Wednesday last that
he was perfectly inacquainted well the business

I have received Mr. Tomkin's Letter of the 24. Inst enclosing her draft
on R & G Fuller Etc (due 31 Decr.) for £112.7.- which, will the [..]
for property Tax. & gust. rent, is enfull for as year Rent if your farm to
Michhart, for which I enclose you the Accept.

Before the Treasurer agree to year taking down the two Trees, he
ever his to known the Tye of them, that as, the Guth as Ballamy the Hught
of the mean Srem, & likewise particular Repairs to which year
mean to apply them The Elin in the Orchard may purchases give Shall
to same of the farm buildings, & if by [..] off the dead Top it can be
kept deve, it may be [..] to take it down When you have
