SirSt. Thomas's Hospital 26. Mar 1804

I am favoured will your of the 24 Inst. in very is draft of
the Canterbury Park for £75. in Stephenson & Co. which when paid
will be duly ordered; & enclosed I return you a Receipt for half a
Year rent due at Michelmas last. This Remittance is perfectly
in Time, & if this Made of making it is movement to you, I
think it is preferable to any other. When the Timber you
have old is measured & preced, you will be so good as to trares-
met me an Account to be entered in a Book we keep for that
Purpose, & if yearly falls are advisable (which in times like
the present, when Timber bears a high price is pulips particularly
so you well do well when the Time of fillery cames on to
give the Treasurer your Advice on the Subject.

is desirous of hearing from you respects your proceedings
will Mr Horkins, will whom I hope you have already
settled or an Whily to sittle agreeably to the Terms of my
Letter of the 18 Feby. Your Answer addressed to me at the

me will the Ground Plot or Admeasurement. of the several
Buildings, their descriptcon Value, in order to make the
stepulated Insurance.

I wish to you to say that the Treasurer will not be
able & does set think it needful, to give you the Meeting
at Parndon, but Mr. Gurwood will tell you what Arrange-
ments have been made respects the repairs of the old
farm House (upon what I belive Workmen an now
employed) His wheel you an to assign him the necessary
Timber wheel the Tresured desire every be far & let sail.
Mr. Lope be will pease a desirable Tenant, this seciry the
Necessity of repaing Henry in the old fann heane is a proof
of his Puainer & Attention to her proper Interest. What he
neat Committer is called which will be in a foat night in three
weeks do you think that the Parrdon arrangements well
make it necessary for you to behave & I three at the Heat
for you Consideration.I am & I.A.
