you will much oblige the Treasurer by making some Enquiry into
the Matter, & informary him to is the facts are. A year Ground
rent £10. & Delapedatenes amounts to £71.5.3 are due from Mr
Hockins which Mr. Lendegren was desired to secure of him.

With Repeat to the Buildings to be crisemed, In not request the
favour of you to give me, or a Street of Paper a Sketch a Ground
plot of them, descritery infect their Length & Buildch, the quatity it
the Buildingthat is, whether Breck told or Timber or Thatch, &
whether they are adjoining or reparate, because Buildings of Timber
is Thatch if communicating with others of Breck only well
increase the Prems. on the latter. It should also be mentioned
whether any hazardous Goods or business is cecreed in them, &
a separate Value should be put on each buildg. moth the whole
together £600 if that Sum is the after sufficient. Excuse this
Messuteness, but without stating facts as they really are, the
Measurer must be made & in the Event of an Account the

Policy.

I am favoured will your letter of the 17th. covering a Remittance
of £659.3.4 which when paid well of Course be carried to
Your Credit. The Arrems of rent dur from the late Frans. Boler< no role >
being now finally closed, you will of Course strike it not of the
Rental; be pleased to descit the House to be repaired, & if Fletch us
can be rebuilt as a moderate expence, I should work at to be done
it busy strongly recommended by the Committee to keep up the
Cottages. I am glad the Tenants are satisfied will the
Allowance of £1.11.6 towards a Dennor, what Sum may now
be considered as a fixed Donation on the Part of the Hospital.

NB. I have not Time accusately to examine your Account, set lay
the Work in what the Accurly are entired, but I done say I shall
find it night. Have you delivered in to your District Commission
the Account of the Reats etc received by the Hospital from

sad Time, as I shall have to state is probably in a Schedule here.
