you on the Agreemt for a treatmt. As the heavy expenses of the
Hospital make money at all terms acceproble, the Treasurer
desires unto sing that a Remittance from you as soon as you
conveniently can well be very [..] able I am &.

If I knew how to address my self to Mr Binsted, I would not
trouble you on the present Occasion, but having wrote to you on
the 22 April to request you would appoint him to meet Mr Wilmot
in the part of Mr Hoskins to assess the delaped a time in the
letter Ward Gosport, & after settling that Matter, to make are
Estimate of the value of the Estate both in for, & what it should
lett for in a repairing least, & to inform Mr Chapman (the Trear.)
of the Result, I am persuaded you gave the necessary directions,
& if therefore any Came has prevented Mr Benited from pro
[..] in or finertiry this Enquiry of Information he would
have done well to have wrote a Letter of Advice in the Subject.

Will you have the Goodness to hand this to him to inform
him that the Treasurer works for some Communication
in the Subject as soon as he [..] bly give it.

naturely will be placed to your credit for the Michaelmas rents
of the Berwick Estate EtcThe Treasurer proposed anniversary it
himself yesterday, but busy prevented, & not expectary to be
here again for some days he desired me to ask you in relation
to the Measurement of the Coalworks for the year ending it
Ladyday last, Whether there are not compitant Mensworn
Measurersto be met with in the Coal Countries, who upo
a Harvey & Examination well declare a Pen Oath, that the
Admesurement of such specific Coalworks is to the best of
their Judgement & Delief a gent & true one: And if such a
Manner to be met with either in your Neighbourhood or near
Rothaham, the Treasurer has no Object into your engaging
him to make the Survey and report upon it The Apertain
ment of the guantity of Ground worked last year must
depend greatly upon your own oboination & Report, as
