Dear Sir

I am favoured well seen Letter of the 3. Inst. on the
Subject of the Hospitals Estate as Gosport. in reply to which I
by leave to say that some time ago I had a Correspondence
will my friend Mr Lindegreen about Darnam Premises who
employed a peep a Pinen to value there for very Information:
I likewise had a Report of them from my Relative Mr Edwd
Chapman
< no role > who was at Gosport in the Spring. Term they
Representations I am led to hope the Situation rend us there highly
degible for Trade & that the Hospital may expect a considerable
rent for them who it from my official Situation as Treasurer
set my duty to procure. If you will write me your
Sentiments as large on the Extent of Repairs you will considerable
the Rent you are welling to give P Ann. Fir a 21 years lease, I
shall be able to use how near you come to the Valuation
already set upon the Premises, tabell acquaint you whether
your Preposition as such as I can with propriety bring before
the grand Committee of this Hospital by whom these Matters
are concluded

The Treasurer has Juer I have me your Letter of the 1st.
Met, which, as it contains some Remarks in her Report res
pecting the Terms of lettering the Colling to yourself, which
he may not have an Opportunity of are everey soon, he

Inference you can from the avoiding of the Nessoct, "that
