St. Thomas Hospital 12 Nov. 1802
I have received your letter annexing your draft of the 15 Inst
for £16. 17. - which shall be placed to your credit for the Insurance
& for 1¼ years rent due at Michmas last, & when you call at the
Hospital I will give your the regular discharge for it.

The Sum proposed to be ensured by you falls very far she it of
the value set upon the Buildings to Mr Dugleby, & should it be
acquiested in a Less happin the Difference between what the
fire Office would make good, & what would be required to put the
premises in state give would of course fall upon yourself as
Lesse. you will please therefore to consider whether you are des-
posed to meet the Resque for the Sake of saving a part of the
Primo.

last on £16.1.6 the Insurance of the Buildings for the remg.
Turn in the lease in £4.6.6 in all £20.8 - which I will
thank you to remit or pay as soon as you conveniently can

It is cut the Contemplation of the Hospital to till the Ground,
of which you hold the Lease, to build upon; It therefore the Bowling
Green House does not immediately came down it well outing be
lett to a Tenant at well. I am & I.B

St. Thomas Hospt. 16 Nov. 1802
Sir
I am favoured with your of yesterday any enclosing a Name House
of 75.5.£75.1.2 of atech is for half a years rent due
form Sir J. Honeywood at Lady day last; the remaining 3/10
shall be accounted fir to year whenever I have the pleasure of
seeing your; of [..] I return you the Recepit for that Rent.

Your favour of the 15th. to the Treasurer enclosing a draft of
yourself on [..] Fuller & Co. (due the 18. decr) for £120 is safely
received & when paid will be placed to the Credit of Mr Jos. Tyrrell< no role > for
a year rent due at Michmas last (exceptg the Acqultuner a which
or 2/4 P ann & which he will please to remember include in has next
year Remittance Inclosed I send the Receipt wheel you will please
