Sir

I wrote to you about a Mouth ago to request the favour of
you to send the pewsay Account to Merchants last as soon as you
could as certain its exact Annocent & a few days afterwards I forwarded
to you the Lease from the Hospital to the Tenant of Pewsay Mill.
Bath these Dispatches I doubt not have come to your Hands, but
as I have not heard from you serve I am ancient to bring to
your Recollection that I am very decreases to receive the pewsay
Ancient before the Termination of the present Mouth at latent,
otherwise it cannot be brought into the present years Revenue, &
both the Treasurer of Auditors are extremely usgear that the Hospl.
Income shall every year be as exactly ascertained as it is possible.

I presence you come to Term but seldoms other were you
would, in Consequence of a West formerly expressed of the Treasurer
deserve to see you, had fassened him in the Coll at the Hospital

I am favoured with your Letter proceded by your Accot.
of the Pewsay Rents & Disbursements for the year many at
Michamas last, & enclosing a Draft (due the 18' Janry) for
£64.1.10whichfor the balance, wheel at maturaly well
be placed to your credit.

Observing that the Tenants (Stevens & Wheeler) are as use
to receive therefore back again Harry assured by your
that no Detrement can arise to the Hospital from those
Renewals, I presence the Treasurer will acquaince an those
two Surres (which had been post pence) being carried into the
Receipts of the Hospital.

Your Letter of the 13th. accompained by your Account of the
Lady day rents Etc came to my hands a few days ago. I have been
same examenary it & passing the Rents to then respective heads
in the Hospital Books, & as far as the Accot. goes at appears correct
bar I am sorry you could not send Srarr aperfect Rate, because
