This server merely to acknowledge the Receipt of the Tibshelf
Rent & Colleting Account, the former to [..] , & the latter to the
31st Decr. last, & of your Internce of three bills amounting to
£578.12.1 which when paid will be placed to your Credit for

being in preparing the Books for the Balance at thus Term) to
examine there Accounts Levell then write to you again In

Gordens Insurance expired the Necessary of the Wenit, It no
Term in insuring the same sum £ 70 on the premises at Booley Hill
lately assigned to your but as you have her (as [..] ) given
user the Opinion of Surveyor acts the Value of the Burtdays, I west
to Mr Degleby, Surveyer at Deptford, who ever employed by
the Hospital when the last Lease was granted to Mr Gordan
& have just received the following Answer from him [..]

than £6000. Mr Gordan could not have exporded less than
£4000 or them. I therefore check there [..] be £2500.
