respecting it Insurances. To this letter I have reced no Answer;

Sum that was ensured by [..] Gordon, & whether the description
of the Burtrings is right, Your own Safely, I hope well induce
you to give Proper Alteration to this Enquiry, I also want to
be informed by when the Insurance Money, Rent & is to be

To Mr Joseph Tyrrell< no role > Milton near Abingdon Berks
Mr Joseph Tyrrell
St. Thomas's Hospl. Decr. 11. 1801 .
I wish to you the 14. Dito. & informed you that the
Insurance on your farm buildings had been renewed & that the
Expence of it, will the Years rent due at Michaelmas last
would be £129..13..4 for which I desired you would make a
Remittance with all the Despatch you conveniently could. I
observe that last Year you remitted before this Time, & so as that
the draft was paid before the end of decr. & if you would get
Messrs. Tomkins & Co. to give you then bill Payable before this
Month is out I should be glad. My Reason for it is this: the
Hospital Accounts are balanced on the 31. Decr. & the Gentlemen
who examine them expect & require of one that all the Rents that
were due as Michmas shall be collected & received before the Becks are
closed
