Parndon I am ender the Necessity of Purposing adcenture Conserv.

Sir
Having been from time since the 11 [..] llo. I was prevented receiving
your Letter of the 15th. in Course. Having every Confirm in given
Teal for promoting the Interest of the Hospital I shall recom-
-mend to the Committee thing Granting a Lease to Dancel agreeth
to your Sentiments Vizt. £70 P Ann. I had a Letter from been
s [..] Time ago wherein he says a small Collage with half an
Acre of land may be purchased that would give when a right of
accounts which he occurs much to want. When yours to
Pardon please to enquire about it flet me Know the Parti-
-culars, of Course Dareets would pay of an Rent for it in case
we should thinks it an & object to become purchase I shall be
glad to hear the repairs are done as the Prepare of the Times
have borne two had upon the Hospital to enable us to pay out
money but well that Percy Economy you so property name
Praylet Mr. Sandle plant the Orchard agreeable to your
plan & be assured whilst I have the Honor of holdery the
office of Treasures, it shall be my wish to see all the Tenants
happy & comfortable, I am anxeces to went the Estate under
your management & hope I may have that pleasure on Company
will Mr Way in the Course of this Autumn of which I shall cer-
-tainly give you producer Notice: In the Intention it might not
ne armess to give such Tenants who are a little necessary in
keeping then Premises in a respectable Way a sent of my
Intentions, as you & I shall certainly take care to seen that
Business fames &c. with mean to Attention.

P.S. The Treasurer desires me to add. that by a take Resolution of
the General Court the Structures of the Receiving & agents for the
Hospital are to be given to the Governors in then corporate
Capacity, & not to the Treasurer as has been hitherto the Case
as over of Your Sureties is dead, will you be so good ad to
name the Trend who is to fell the place & then Mr Cromwell
will frame the Bonden its new foren & send it to you for Execution
I his leave also to intimate that as your only state your Account
will the Hospital once a Year (i e. after the Receipt of the
Lady day rents in September) you will oblige me by staying at the
fort of your Letter when you send the Remittence in Spring for
