Thing to have the Property of a public Charity Lett for a Term
Without endeavouring by every means in our power into get the
full value there of; I am of Opinion it [..] to be viewed by an
experienced Engineer of every proper Regulation relative to the
mode of working, keeping the Estate clear of Rubbeck & presented

greased against any new works tell the Hospl. her side and the
money advanced, or lett the Colliery upon advantages Term

I events to you the 18th. Jury. & doubts not that you duly received
my Letter. Though it has not been out of my mend that you own
me an Answer to that Letter I should not so seen have renended you
of it, if I had not accidentally heard Today thathaveyou have
lately been in Town. What Melave could restrain you [..]
when you was in London or fromg every an Arrest the any last Letter
you but know. but a I know not, I must request, you to presence that
Covenant in your Lease of the Hospital Premises at Booley Hill
whet relates to the Insurance to be kept upon them, & when you have con-
sidered & compared the Sum that is new concerned will the Value which
Mr Duzleby sits upon them you must movelably come to some Conclu
seen up on the Subject, & that Concluseen I wat you to communicate
An the Hospital Property [..] in & near Lordon the
Sum to be [..] or espeically unentered, then we which it at once & will upon
the Tenant for [..] ; with present Can I everted to pay sum
deference to your opinion, but I am presented, when made known
to them the Treasurer & Governors well us be satisfied will the insuffi-

Whenever your benefactions being you to Finn the Treasurer
hopes to [..] have the pleasurer of seeing your; but in your remaining
Concern keep you in a State of Uncertainly as to the Term when, I
have, not to repeat that the standing Order of the Grand Committee
is That the farm-tenants of the Hospital shall pay then rents due
at Michmas at Lady day, & then Lady day Rents at Michaelmas
punctually & regularly. I presence you can without any difficulty
procure an order from your County Bunks on there Correspondt.
in Turn for the Pargrrent of rent when it does not [..] you to come to
