I have looked over the Colliery acct. & as for in I understand it, is appears
to be right excess the followg. petty Mistakes:
Augt In likley of: Gillg. coel41 Stacks as ¾. £7.3.6 Shod. be £6.16.8
unless the price should be 3/6 which would much is £7.3.6.for Coal sold
on ordered in October £24.15.2. should be £25.5.2 by the Cartrey Term
the general Statement, the Collecey Account for the purchase of Horses Ample
race to Makexate for every & the Expence of Superintend the works has
incurred an Expence of £557.12.11¾ the Amount of Coal caued or the
Sale price is £470.10leavg. a balance against the Accot. of £87.2.11¾
Conclusive of any less which any [..] from engevery ended J.B

Mr Stine, & Mr Kidder (County Tenants) to come & pay thin rents

of Timber upon the Hospital farm at Milton in Berks to Mr
John Owen< no role > Amounting to £374.8. & of his Draft dated 11 imp
at 6 weeks in Messer Collins for £182.4 in Part thereof: the
Remainder to be paid for at Michmas next.

Your favour of the 21st. I received Yesterday but could not then
possibly (which I now do) acknowledge thick Receipts of Your Rene Hanar
of twenty pounds which shall be placed to the Credit of the Account
of the late Frans. Daman< no role > for premisisable to him by this Hospi-
tal. (now under mortgage to Messrs. Kirkpatrick & Co. for two years
rent due at Lady day last.

I am favoured with Yours of the 25 Atl. this morning
evening Snellocks bill on Sir Jas Eedaster for £300 & Sandles or
Fetch £65 Which well of Course became to Your verdict
Pray acquaint Mr. Hancock that I well gave directiones to have
the lease drawn with Name of Reced Collecr Bottolph agreeable
to his Request, & en confirmity to Your approbation which I
an persuaded the Committee Well so reject to. The Eleventh
you made for these pairs of Daniels farm amounted to
£120 but as we fend Timber & you have adopted another
made of doing the Business I hope it may be done frone
half the money the premises surely must have been shame
fully neglected. The Election your have submitted relative to
the Rent of this From on a new lease to Daniels seems and
what I treat will be appeared vizt. £82.18.2 the Tenants
keept this whole in Richard for which with Land tax Etc. he will
be allowed £10..18..2 instead of £13.18.2 leaves a nett rent to the Hospital of
£72. I beg to say the Land tax must be paid by know as we have not.
