Bradford's & Hancocks Leases capering as Mechs.
near it is necessary they should have regular Notice to
give which you will please to send themIf these
Tenants have been regular in paying then Rents, & are
respectable Men, I am persuaded the Committee will
be despond to give them a Preference to Strangers provided
they offer Terms that can with Property be accepted
Hancocks I should suppose worth the Sum you estimate
Vizt. £142.7.4 Clear of the Land tax, querrent & among
to £20.7.4. & I have little doubt that Bradford will
left for the Sum you have estimated it at Vizt. £107..8
The Tenant paying the Outgoings on the same, being £20..18-
which together would leave a nett Near to the Hospital of
£249.15.4I consider at my duty to be as attentive to the
Intant of the Hospital as though the Estates were my own &
am pursuance you will accend my News as far as relates
to what are under your management. I shall be glad to
have Hancocks & Breadford determination as over aspupil
possible that Jenny submit thereto the Committee


On looking into your Accot. I fend the following Sums

have a Claim upon the Hospital for extra Services preferred
Intenet to your Consideration whether the said Sum is
equal to your Expectations, if not yours all please to say
what would be satisfactory, when I will respect usage as
it before the Committee. It is necessary Willags tells
Insurance should be settled. Mr Jeffreads Idea of her pays
one half of what it was rated at seems proper. Daniels
must likewise pay for his prewes as, if not that £5. P Acre
allowed to Tapell the late Occupier should be stopped by Way
of Indemnity to the Hospital. Locker haveing had the
Indulgence of one Years rent can not allowed to
Continue in Arrear, wheel as well as Hack I find to both
