I new wene to the Cures of Poor Boler & Brown. The Committee
have lift it to your disrection to allow to such of their from one to
two Shillings a Week in the Manner & Preportion you judge bert
but was so as to [..] a Clair & [..] able the parish therefore
you every do it in your non Act & deed [..] the Committee have
authorized you.

Gentlemen
A General Court of the Governors of St. Thos. Hospital
was held Yesterday to take into Consideration Mr. Smith Proposal
to paying £500 upon having the Bond given up & every [..]
respecting the same waived, when it was resolved that the
Proper it be accepted & that the Bond be cancelled & delivered
up to Mr. Smiths Representatives upon payment to the
Treasurer of the Hospital , of £500. You will please to
communicate the above to Mr. Smith Representatives.

I am obliged for your favourer of the 6th. The three
Parcels of Timber you mention, If Oak the Transfer filling is
coming on, if otherwise perhaps the Season is too far advanced,
if not it will be best to sell immediately, & without less of Time
to do the same with the Oak for Boat Builders.

Our Rule for Rents of Estates is the half Year due at
Meckmas to be paid as lease a Week or two before Lady day.
Shall be glad with the Account of Quit Rents & a [..]
Rental as near as can be pipebly made out & demebed.

Sir
I reced your of the 11th. as closing a Bill Value Twenty five
Pounds 14/6 on Accot. of Dinge Williams quit rents. The Claim
of 3/. a year by Quum College is new to me, nor can I trace
it. I presume they can make it appear by former Receipts
which if they do to your Satisfaction, I can or as Objection,
though it as or other strange that two Parter should pay &
receive for the same Manner. The quit rents still in Arrear are
the principal ones, which if paid would bring our Accot. [..]
[..] You do not captain Elwes, Richards Shelby. I as to other
you [..] of Bendford, this may be sittled the sume Time as
