Your Letter of the 16th inst wherein you inform me of the
Death of Mr. Filler of Saffron Walden having been laid before
Mr. Morse has determin'd him to hold a Court for the Manor
of Dennis Hellions< no role >
in Bumpstead
on Tuesday the 15th of Augst.
next And for that purpose have sent you the inclosed
Warrant which you will cause to be publish'd by giving
the usual Notice on Sunday the 6th of AugustI am desired
by Mr. Morse for acquaint you that there will be only himself
& two others (no Governors) at the said Court to prevent
your being put to any extraordinary trouble & expence
You will please to send me Word by the return of
the post acknowledging the Receipt hereof

hold one at Hinton Netherhall on Thursday the 17th. Augst.
next I take the Liberty of sending the inclosed Warrant
desiring the favour of you to order Notice to be given on
Sunday the 6th Augst. in the usual mannerMr. Morse
desires his Compliments and orderd me to let you
know that there will be no Governors at the said Court
but only himself & two other Personsyou will please
to favour me with a Line by the return of the Post
acknowledging the Receipt of this Letter
