The Rent of the Cottage is £5- due Laday last, out of which the
Tenant is to be allow'd 20s for Reparis & after deducting yr. Salary of
40s the remr. shd. be 40s. but yrs. Letter says £1..4.. which yo. will explain
in yr. nextI am to acknowledge the Favour done the Hospital
by yr. just Determination of the Appeal on the Land tax, by which
our Estate at Comberton, is secured from any further imposition, I am
