of this Hospital I hereby Give you Notice that you Quit the
Faron you now Hold as Tenant at Will lately Purchas'd
by the Governors of Mr. Charles Ellis< no role > at Michaelmas which
will be in the Year 1780 Unless you Agree to take a
Lease thereof from Michaelmas next at the Present
Rent of £61 P Ann And also unless you perform
your Agreement for the Exchange of the Pieces of Land
with John Surrett< no role > which Agreement you made in the
Presence of the Treasurer last monday night

As the two Leases you told from this Hosptl. exssd. [..]
one at Midsumr. the other at Michas last the Keys of which
Businesses not being returned makes me Conclude
that you have some thought to renew those Leases or else
to Hold them as Tenant at Will, shall be glad to know
your Resolution in their affair in doing which You will
greatly Oblige
