Mr. Holder
When you bring your Rent to the Hospital,
bring also, a particular Account of the Affair relative
to the Seizure of your Effects for the non Payment
of the Assessment of your Farm to the landtax , the
Name of the parson who made the Seizure, at the
time when, & the Amount of the Sum, & whether the
Goods have been Sold in consequence of the said
Seizure, tho I have desired you to being [..] chose
particular, Yet upon recollection, I dont know,
whether it may n't be better, to send them immediately,
as by your Letter, it may be this fortnight before you
come to Town, & our Attorney may, in the mean
while, be taking his measures, to preserve the
Rights, and previledges, of this Hospital,

Madm.
I have just read your Letter and am Sorry to hear of so
many Complaints I wish it was in my power to restress them
I should imagine that upon the premisses these may be
found some place or other to keep a little Wood from the
Rain I am pursuaded there maythis I'm we Mconoinecd
of that you have a great many Conveniences tho' portrass
not every one that you could Wish and when is that person
that hasit is absolutely impossible at the time of Buildg
a House [..] to think of every thing Necessary to its Convenience
but [..] in the Case now before us there was very few
forgot and so far as I am capable of Judging of these matters
there is very few Farm Houses Etc. that execll yours but
possibly I may be mistakenWaiving all this I am now
to Acquaint you that the person who was with me at your house
will be there again within 8 or 10 days to him I refer you
for a mine Satisfactory Answer to your Complaints
