Mr. Holder
By the inclosed Warrant you will observe
that a Court is to be held at Comberton on Friday the 18th
August next of which you are desir'd to cause Notice to be
given in the usual manner on Sunday the 6th of August
there will be only Mr. Morse myself & another
person (no Governors ) which I think proper to acquaint
you with that you may not put yourself do any more
Trouble and Expence than what will be really Necessary
you will favour me with a Line by the return of the
Post signifying your receipt of this Letter

Sir
By the inclosed Warrant You will perceive that a Court
is intended to be held for the Manor of Topcliffe in Meldioth
& Melbourn on Saturday the 19th Aug. next you will please
to publish the said Warrants by giving Notice on Sunday
the 6th in the usual mannerMr. Coxal of Royston has
offer'd Mr. Morse the use of a Parlour & Kitchin with
Tables and Chairs in a Farm House of his in the said
Manor for Holding the said Court & which Mr. Morse
will Accept of as being a more convenient place than
where the Court was last held unless you shall have
any objection to itand as there will be only the
care accommodation of those Rooms it will be left
to you to provide every other conveniency that may be
wantingthere will be no Governors at the Court
Mr. Morse & two other persons is all that will be there
you will favour me with a Line by the return
of the Post acknowledging your receipt of this Letter
and whether you approve of the Court's being held
at Mr. Coxal's House
