The Gentleman concerned in the Eltisley Estate have
been in Expectation ever since the Recet. of Yrs. of the 30th. July last, of
hearing from you that the Tenants had made a handsome paymt. towards
discharging their large Arrear And as to Taylor the Govrs. are
determined to seize & let the Cottage to another, You will please
to let the Gentlemen know Yr. Opinion in this Affair And I am etc

By Order of Mr. Treasurer I am to acquaint You
wch. an Order of the Grd. Commee of yesterday with which
you any desired to acquaint Mr. Hand Vizt. Ordered
that Mr. Hand be allow'd £15. towards a Reparation of
the extraordinary Damages done him by digging the Coal
in his Land, which is to be deducted out of the Fine he is
to pay on the renewal of his Lease agreed to be granted
him last Summer
