Mr. Treasurer has rec'd a Letter from Mr. Thos. Battyll< no role >
of Fulborne
who holds a Farm at Teversham
of this Hospll. Complaining
of some Damages done him by a man at Teversham
by folowing up
some Leyes or Grass Land-he desires likewise that two or three
Trees may be ordered him to repair the Barne & for Gates and Pales
Now Mr. Treasurer would beg the Favour of You to enquire into these
Affairs & talk with Mr. Battyll about'em And send up Your Opinion
of what is necessary to be done with an Accot. of what Repairs are
(wanting) & the Number of Trees on Teversham Farme

to acquaint You that Mr. Sankey has sent Notice of
his Intention to repair his House next Summer &
shall went some rough Timber for Rafters & Laths
& for Rails & Pale yo. are desired therefore to inform
Yr. Self of the Repairs necessary to be done there how
much & what sort of Timber is requisite and where
You intend to fale it, & to send an Accot. there of before
Yo. mark the Trees that Mr. Treasurer may said Orders.
